Hello beautiful people!
I’m A.D. Wright. I’m a wife, a mom, a “Nay Nay” (AKA grandma ❤️), and like so many women, I’ve spent a lot of years doing all the things life asks of us.
Raising a family. Building a career. Taking care of responsibilities. Showing up for the people who depend on me. And somewhere in between all of that, trying to find a little time for myself.

For a long time, life was just go, go, go. There never seemed to be enough hours in the day. I was always chasing time, moving from one responsibility to the next, doing what needed to be done.

Professionally, I was doing something I genuinely loved. I built a career in Human Resources, developing people, helping them grow, solving problems, and making a difference.

But somewhere along the way, I started asking myself a different question:

What if there’s more?

My earning potential had a ceiling. My income was tied to my time. And no matter how hard I worked, so much of my life still had to fit around my work.

I wanted more.

More control over my time. More financial breathing room.

More flexibility. More say in how much I work, where I work, and what I want work to look like in my life.
And the peace of knowing that one job, one employer, and one paycheque didn’t have to determine all of my choices.

That’s when I discovered an opportunity to build an online business alongside the life and career I already have. What stood out to me was that I didn’t have to figure it all out on my own or start completely from scratch.

I had access to the training, tools, coaching, and community to help me build, with room to grow beyond the limits of a traditional salary.
